Payment problems for over 6months
And yet again i send proof of payment to cell c and it doesnt show on my account im getting a bill for 2 months again when will this end so tired of fighting.stop the double debit order sort this out. Stop all debit orders im just going to do efts and send me a superiors email to whom it can be emailed this cant go on like this month after month.

09 Jul 2021, 18:58I have done that last time aswell you dont find it on your system. So i will pay this friday the amount of 729.stop the double debit order because i only owe this months payment im not going 2 pay bamk fees again this is enough now please im speaking nice now.

Really if this cant be sorted out its every damn time. 3 months it took you last time now it starts again. Then only option is cancel my contract and i go to vox who gives me faster package and cheaper than what i get now at cell c. And the technician stays close to us and will fix any issue same day not like cell c that takes months to sort small **** out like payments
