Payment options and useless service

I have 2 Cell C contracts, one for myself and one for my wife. Both accounts are usually paid via debit order using my wife's business account. This month we got an sms saying our account was outstanding and our phones were going to be suspended due to non payment. We have asked several different people to check why the payment was returned and no one can tell us. Our accounts have to be paid by credit card or debit order so what am I supposed to do now? Because of Cell C's incompetence I am going to be without a phone. If I can't pay in store using a credit card or if you can't take the money via debit order then I will be cancelling the contracts and moving elsewhere. Nothing has changed on our bank account and there was enough money to take the amount for both contracts. Why should it be my problem if something has gone wrong on cell C's side and the accounts are unpaid. You take the money every month with no problem and nothing has changed. If we can't pay in store with a credit card or via debit order then these contracts cannot continue.
