Payment not updated in Cell C books or Credit Bureaus 3 months later

I have paid my Cell C account on 22 December and has been since then listed as a bad payer. Even Cell C's own books has not been updated with this payment. I have done some queries and they keep saying their system is updated which I don't believe as I am due for an upgrade and cannot receive one due to their books reflecting that this payment is still overdue.
