Payment not rectified

For weeks now I’m trying to sort out my account.

On the 1 st Feb I made payment via your Cell C application that guided me to Payfast.

An amount of R5144-00 were paid on the app.

This amount was never deducted on your account but the payment was deducted from my credit account.

The transaction code ***.

Due to a third party payment I can’t obtain a proof of payment but I did send the payment receipt and my credit statement.

However it still show outstanding balance.

I have been struggling for weeks now to rectify this but don’t receive any response.

Please rectify this as soon as possible
