Payment not located for my cellc account.

Payment issue, I had a contract with Cellc that they decided to cancel without my consent. They then charged me R4000 some odds for cancelation fee with the remaining balance with all amounted in R8000 something, I then made a payment into the cellc amount of R4000 using my ID number as reference all this happened last year, cellc can't track the payment and they've handed my account over to a third party and no one can track the payment. I need urgent assistance as I have had several communications with cellc and the third party since last year and absolutely no progress. My current cell number is *** please I'm very frustrated. I can't make further payments before this gets resolved.
