Payment not allocated to my account

<div>Please do not apply for a contract with cell C, I change banking details but they never debited my account, I then went into their site and made a payment through pay fast. Payment was made on 26 October 2022. I then received a demand that my payment was not done, I even went to the cell C shop and delivered my proof of payment, yet till now the 9 November 2022 my payment is not allocated to my account, WORST SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY FROM CELL C</div>
