PAYMENT MADE WEEKS AGO STILL NOT CONFIRMED

Good day Guys, I made a payment of R 4 472.16 on 05/11/2021 at 12:40 using *** using EFT from capitec bank account *** And another payment of R 300.00 on 05/11/2021 at 07:40 using Ref *** using capitec EFT method bank account ***.

On the same day i made a payment of settling an account with bayport, guess what...Bayport confirmed the amount and sent paid up letter 2 days later.

To this day a big corporate like cellc is yet to confirm the payment and send me paid up letter. Come guys someone can clearly confirm that the account number is wrong or the amount reflects or something.

Am not accepting another response that we still waiting for finance to confirm the payment allocation.

I need the paid up letter soonest guys, please someone assist!
