Payment made - Credit score still not updated

The rating should be less than one.

This is not the first encounter that I have had with Cell C. They are absolutely useless. After the most horrific experience with customer service, and no contract provided. They have negatively placed an amount on my credit score that is still owed. Instead of arguing with the on a daily, I settle the account months ago but yet my credit score remains the same, after failing to provide the contract.

I have made payment months ago and still nothing from Cell C. They are easy to contact you for a new contract, but they can't even sort the one out that I apparently have.
