PAYMENT ISSUE

I've been a loyal clients to Cell c years and years where I used to take Contract Phones without a hustle but my last experience was very Bad. My contract ended last year November but I've been paying Cell C even today. What a Bad service I have received from the night shift agent called Samu Mpego and his Team Leader Themba Duiker as for the Team Leader, he does not know the value of Customer service.

On the 29 April 2023 I contacted Cell c Customer Service to provide me with an Easy Pay number to make payment, I was provided with two easy payment numbers which I made payment with one,,, to my surprise my payment was not reflecting. Today I've been told that they cannot assist me as I did not sent the proof of payment which I was never asked for proof of payment for years and years. Themba could not provide solutions to my issue but he was very arrogant on the call.

I really want clarity on the matter as I have received a letter of Demand of payment of R189 that was paid on the 29 April 2023 with their arrears of R70 in total was R240.

If Cell c does not solve of this incompetence I will have to take the matter further to my lawyers.
