Payment

I am really disgusted by the service I am getting from cell c, I am lost for words. They are messing up my record and my life. I paid my accounts in June asked for payment allocation since I paid on 1 reference for two accounts. They confirmed the payments and closed my accounts even cleared my name on ITC. Three months down the line collections company says I owe cellc the account is back on my record in arrears because payment allocation was not done. for two weeks now I am struggling with cellc just for payment allocation. been calling, getting the reference numbers but it's not helping because they keep on saying my query is with finance but I can't speak to them I must wait.
