Payment due for invisible device

In October 2021 a Agent called me regarding a router and data and i asked for the Terms and Conditions before reaching an agreement which i did not receive. Week later i have a sim card delivered NO ROUTER! I contacted Cell C's contact centre only to discover that there were 2 contracts linked to my name i was advised that since the sim-card was also still sealed i can just threw it away. I requested that the contracts be removed from my name and i was advised it was done after being sent from pillar to post. Few weeks later i get a statement i call in again and once again pillar to post no help. Numerous calls no help. Now im getting texts advising my account is handed over! Should i really be paying for a device i do not have?
