PAYMENT DATES

I have used Cell C as my service provider for the last 8 years, and the last year and a bit I have had endless problems. Firstly at the beginning of last year I changed my debit dates from the 25th to the 6th of the month, which was done telephonically without a hassle. But to my surprise going to the bank at the end of last year realizing that I have been put on ITC for late payment from every month that I have changed my debit date. So for the last year I am listed as a late payer. I can't open any accounts or get any credit due to this. I have contacted Cell C which said they will pass this issue onto their legal team. I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!!! And the straw that broke the camel's back is now this month they still haven't debited my account for my contracts 3 days after our arrangement!!! Will I be put on ITC again?? Catch a wake up Cell C!!! FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW!!!! NO WONDER YOUR STORES ARE CLOSING LEFT, RIGHT AND CENTRE ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!
