After a huge up and down in January, February, March, I had to pay Cellc more than my normal installment which is R248.98. I was then told that my April payment will be R288.99 due to some interest rates hikes. The payment would be on the 26th of every month going forward. To my surprise this morning Cellc has debited my account with an amount of R387.98 today. Why R387.98 when they were supposed to debit R288.99????? I am really tired of Cellc as soon as my contract, I am going back to Vodacom. I have never seen people who are so reckless and just take whatever they want from one's bank account. IAM DONE.

26 Apr 2023, 15:57No no no last month I was up to date with all my payments. I even spoke to one of your consultants who did say that on the 26th of this month I will only pay R288.99 . You are a *******. Please send me a recon starting from December 2022 to April 2023.
