Payment arrangements made still switched off

I phoned yesterday and made arrangements with your consultant Cindy for the deduction to go off on the 7th April 2015 as some of our clients have not paid us on the 15th. I was told no problem but today you switch off all 10 of my company accounts basically stopping all communication with anybody wanting to deal with us. Thank you very much. 2 contracts due for renewal next week guess what no way. Please let me no the settle amount on the balance of my contracts so I can buy them out and have nothing further to do with a company that treats it customers like this.
