Payment Arrangement
I am in arrears with my Cell C account, I admit - was not working and now i am so i did make arrangements to pay on 27 November 2017 with a Cell C agent when she called on Monday 15 January 2018. I receive a sms from Cell C today stating my account will be deactivated if no payment received! understood ! further states i must call to make arrangements!! i did make arrangements!!! do not harass me please, i will make payment as i do need to be active for job interviews, legal matters etc
