Payment and Bank Charges

Good Afternoon<br> <br> My name is Natasja van der Walt. I have been a Cell C customer for over 5 years.<br> <br> My bank details changed, so I went into the cell c branch in Pavilion, Westville to change it on 28 November 2015.<br> <br> The person at cell c told me to pay in the money into their account as my debit order will only go off as from end December 2015. I did that. On 30 November 2015 my payment went off and a debit order from cell c.<br> <br> The bank has charged me R480 in honouring fees thanks to cell c and cell c is only willing to pay me back R37???? They want prove from me, but the prove is in their account!<br> <br> Please can someone help me, this is **************** as I am a single mom!<br> <br> Thank you<br> Natasja van der Walt ***
