Payment allocation been going on for 5 months

DO NOT TAKE CELLC AS A PROVIDER, After writing my first review that Cell C, does not assist with a matter that has been going on for 3 months we are now going for the 5th month that Cell C says I owe them money but when I provide them bank statements that confirms that I am up to date nobody can assist me, with my last post they said that the issue is fixed and payment is allocated, now my invoice at Cellc is R4656.00 where debit orders confirm that I am up to date. I have been phoning all there departments but still nobody can assist me. DO NOT TAKE CELLC AS A PROVIDER, I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE AND MULTIPLE FRIENDS SAY THE SAME.
