Payment allocation

Cell C service is rediculous I made payment on 23/09/2021. Payment is still not allocated my service keeps being interupted every 48 hours and yet I made a payment. I was at CellC store in South Gate on 30th /09/2021.Until today this payment has not been allocated please assist with allocating payment and stop sending threatening smses that service will be suspended. Payment was made I am not owing cell c this is such an inconvenience customer service says its escalated to finance department... FINANCE department please do your jobs
