PAYMENT ALLOCATION!!!

I am disgusted and at my WITS ENDS with Cell C!!!! We have been in CREDIT with Cell C since October 2020, Cell C then thought it was a fabulous idea to DEBIT my account with the money that was in credit!!!! Disgusting. We have all the statements and the EasyPay transaction lists from EasyPay directly (as no normal person keeps a slip for 9 months long). They have cut our lines more than 10 times in these 3 months for THEIR ERROR!! *********** uneducated staff that work in the accounts department. They have sent us a statement today telling us that we are in ARREARS of R20 000-00 where actually we are in a CREDIT of R24 350-00!! I am sick and tired of this story, I have sent countless emails, spoken to over 100 consultants & team leaders to NO AVAIL!! I WANT THIS PAYMENT ALLOCATED TODAY AND MY CORRECT UPDATED STATEMENT SENT TO ME!!!!! DISGUSTED AND FURIOUS!!
