Payment

The service I have been receiving from Cell C is “useless”. I have been trying to sort out a payment allocation issue since June;July & it still has not been resolved. Making things worse is that Cell c is now penalising me on overdue payments that have already been paid. Every time I call customer service they give me the same answer & say it has to be delta by the finance department, which is just as useless as they take for ever to contact you, & when they do call they make promises to call back but never do. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to get to me after being promised to receive a call in 3 working days.
