Paying two months for a product not received!!! Appalling

I would like to express my disgust towards CellC.

I have recently taken out a new 15gig sim data deal, till date I have not received the sim but I was charged pro-rata and billed for an entire month at which i didnt use a kilobyte of??????????

I also signed up for a deal which was R150 but now that the statement comes it is over R200????

Never the less as a good law abiding customer I have done the effort to contact Cell C via their, self help option........ and that was to no avail, as per usual......

My reference for this is 180 ********** 39, thanks for the automated reply, pity it is the only service, i received.

I feel this is not only a disgrace but an injustice, please inform me when the product was delivered , proof that i signed for the product on delivery and for mostly where my data is because I dont have it!!!!!!

Just pleasantly like your firm can deduct from my account your bill, pleasantly inform me where my product is.....
