Paying R800 a month for no service?

I am in a area where cell c does not give me any service at work or at home, so i am paying R800 a month for my note 5 and i never have signal to phone or to go on the internet, i feel this is a breach of contract because you cant deliver the service i am paying you for. They are telling me that they are going to put up a tower in my area in 2018, so will you please be so kind and let me start paying in 2018? because what the hell is the use?<br> <br> i have been having trouble with you guys and signal since 2013 and im at the point where im cross with myself for renewing my contract with you! Please fix the problem, or cancel my contract or do SOMETHING before i drive to your Buccleuch office and make a scene! <br> <br> and if you cant reach me on my phone, ITS BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE ANY SIGNAL!!!!! <br> <br> thank you<br> <br>
