Paying much more than I should

I am on a Straight Up 100 Top Up package for R 110 PM. I'm paying R 258.01 PM (excluding extras, just the phone) for this contract. When I called the Call Centre, they said something about a \handset fee". There was never such a thing as a \""handset fee\"" to be paid since I was a Cell C customer and now there suddenly is. What is this extra money I have to pay rather than just the R 110?<br> I'm working so Cell C are free to contact me via email."""
