Reviews after 2 years of paying insurance for a phone (S6 ) C-surance decided to keep at their warehouse. I finally received a new Devide (S7 Galaxy Egde)today 19/07 delivered to my workplace .Patiece does really pay off ......  I would like to thank Cell –C for pursuing C-surance to resolve this matter. Moses Mo***eng( Cell- c) and Fikile Mbeye (C-surance ) went out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with *excellect *service provided. Their willingness to assist and listen, I recommend that they both be promoted to an area where they deal with customer service further, as they excel in that area especially in a challenging environment as Social Media queries.
