Paying for their network error!
Took an emergency recharge of "R9 for 65Mb" and it couldn't process due to network error message. Tried multiple times and the same error popped up. Before this, I could only take emergency airtime of R30 and not a cent more. All of a sudden, I'm sitting with an Emergency Recharge amount of R268 and 1.5Gb emergency data expiring at midnight tonight. Called CellC Customer Care and they can't reverse it for me! What a ****ty network! Changing to another network TODAY! #****edOff
