Paying for the phone contracts I don't like

I bought a contract phone at the glen mall Sunday 22 February 2021 it was Huawei psmart when I got home I realized that I don't like the phone because it's doesn't have the features that I like I decided to bring it back to the store they refused to give me another phone or give me the phone that I want so I had a bad service with them even though I haven't used the phone at all
