Paying for the data package but not receiving the data

<p>I have just renewed my 20giga package and since Feb, my daytime 5 Gigs and night time 15 Gigs are finished by the 14-16th of the month which is quite strange to me. In Feb, I was away for 2 weeks of the month and my wifi was switched off completely, yet my data was depleted. I see now my 15 Gigs nighttime data is finished and it is the 17th of the month. Something very odd is going on, I don't trust that Cell C is giving me what I pay for. Now I am bound to a contract and there isn't any proof that I am being issued the correct amount of data. Please don't take on any contracts with cell c! </p>
