PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I CANCELLED!!!!

I tried of calling and calling... Get this problem sort out... I canceled my Phone incurance 2 months ago but still i have to pay for every month then have call them to get my money back... it's bullsh*t!!!!... No statement is update and every time i call you guy tell me i failed the security Question withs...... I am f*cken owen.... Bu no t me but person that spoke to tipe in my id number incorrectly.... Maybe they have go for hearing class...!!!!!!!!!! Then when become rude because i get frustrated they have the decency to tell me to speek like that but... I am Frustrated!!!!!!!!!! How the F*ck must be Calm if i keep on paying for something that i do not have.... are you going to be calm NO!!!!!!!!!
