Paying for services that I do not receive

I have Cell C data bundle network which is very useless. It never works, I just called their call center and was told they dont have network as they migrating. My problem is I pay monthly without fail for services that are not provided to me and have to incur additional costs for data whilst I'm stuck with them till contract ends and not receive services as per contractual obligations.
