paying for service I do not receive
I took a contract cellphone with cell C in October till today I cannot access internet.<br> I phoned several times and got the ref numbers but nobody is responding to my request.<br> I went to the outlet in the Groove Pretoria, they promised that they will call me when the consultant from Microsoft is at the Shop that was 26th February, my bill is R292 today from a R139 contract a month now what is it that I am paying for.<br> reference numbers<br> ***<br> ***
