PAYING FOR NOTHING......RIP-OFF!!!

i have 3 contracts with cell c. with my last contract i was not made aware that my month to month airtime and data expires every month. when i first called they told me about the 90 days expiry period.<br> i have not been using the sim card, when i did did recently only to find out that its only one months airtime instead of two months. when i called them they told me that it expires every month.<br> so i get told double information whilst i pay them every month without fail but they rip us apart with not even getting thee value for the contract. i want my airtime or my money cell c rips people off. they don't efficiently train their consultants and we get to pay for their incompetence.hello peter help me to stop this....<br>
