Paying for NOTHING (Part5)

Officially its been more than 3weeks . NO WIFI connection. None at all. Technicians did call back... sorry sir there is nothing we can fo to assist. Only maybe ... I repeat.... MAYBE they can help in the new year...... So we have been paying the installment on out contract every month. But in actual fact money has bee given to Cell C for NOTHING. They keep on collecting but no joy is given to customers. Stop calling us, come and see what our problems are.

I would not even rate CellC. Because in my mind they are like money sharks. Big promises but no way they go the extra mile to help customers. CellC has no shame. No shame at all.
