paying for nothing

<p>I have been phoned by cell c for upgrade in my contract since I lost my sim card I was told that it was going to be replaced in few days and its almost a month and have never received any feedback from them but i was suprised that they are going to deduct my money from my account with the data that i have never used and there is no feedback and i request hello peter to make cell c to reimburse me with the money that i have already paid for the past 6 months</p>
