Paying for NOTHING

My husband owns 4 Cell C contracts. When you open an account they do all that they can to get you as a customer..... and that's where it ends.... Where we live there is a tower with exceptional reception, but with the WiFi network it will be down for days. ( currently day 4?) Call them...... You need to switch it on and off.... You need to remove the simcard and re-insert it...... We don't see any problems with your device.... You need to take your device in for testing.... The technician will call you within 48hrs( 3 days later they call). What these poor souls dont realise is that we are 3 families in the same area with the same device, diffirent contract options, and all of us experience the same trouble. So we ALL phone in and the same song is sung to us.

So....... is Cell C the better network to be with????? NO. Is Cell C a good service provider??? NO Do they cater to clients needs??? NO Does Cell C deliver???? NO.....
