PAYING FOR NO SERVICE

1.Cell c deposited from my account twice with out my concern for the month of august and no one is willing to assist me at their call center. i have been calling but no one knows the status of my account with cell c. 2.They suspended my line while debiting my account from January , i am paying for services that i am not getting.when i call i still do not get any assistance but they are taking my money 3. I want to cancel my contracts because i am for paying a service that i am not getting, i want a settlement amount and my data and airtime i paid for without getting before i take this further to the consumer protection act and ombadsman
