Paying for data i didnt recieve
I am a Unisa Student ***1. I payed for data on the 17 April Ref no : *** . A lady called Thobeka Immaculate Zondo sent me an email requesting my cell no where she should load my data. I rep**** with my number. The following day she sent the same email, and the following day...and the following day. I called cell c call centre 100 times bt all thier agents are clueless, i was refered, refered and refered....i wish cell c could just refund me because i am tired...THIER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND I EISH I CHOSE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS...OH....PLZ!!!! FIRE THAT THOBEKA ZONDO she doesnt like her SIMPLE JOB!!!!!
