PAYING FOR DAMAGED GOODS

I Have taken out a hauwei P6 on contract with Cell C In January 2014. In May 2015 the device went faulty and I paid R500 out of my own pocket for a replacement unit. The replacement unit know does not work and gave up within 4 months. And Cell C has not told me what the fault was and expect me to pay another R500 To replace he original replaced unit, which was obviously damaged when I received this <br> <br> This is not my fault I am paying my monthly contract and above that I need to pay for a faulty device that was sent to me by Cell C <br> <br> Could you please attend to this urgently as I am still paying for my contract with no Device. Does Cell C Rob everybody Else??????
