Paying for cellphones that haven’t been delivered!!!
My mom got a call from a Cell C consultant offering her two cellphones on contract which she agreed on and they later delivered only one cellphone she then got a call advising her that they will come collect the one phone and they will deliver two phones to her.
She waited for the cellphones nothing has been delivered and they are debiting her account,she went to a Cell C store at carnival mall and she was told she needs to deal with the call center,she then went to the back to reverse the amount which of course results in bank charges they then debited again and she reversed it now she has to pay for bank charges again.
Cell C now has the nerve to call her and tell her she is in arrears..WHAT ARREARS WHEN SHE HAS NO CELLPHONE TILL THIS DAY.Can Cell C please sort this ou and refund the bank charges
I got a call on the 14th of December and advised that they are working on this issue and it will be escalated to retentions, what is the turn around time as another debit order just went through
