Paying for a sevice you don't get

Pathetic service from cell c disappointed and discussed was ****** a few days ago so I blocked my number took me for ever "1week" to do a sim swop got charged for the sim swop which was ok but then a further R110 to open the line trying to do a sim swop through cell c was a nightmare they send a opt number that you only received 2 hours later and Becoz it took so long they block you from the system"how was this my fault" coz cell c can't do there job they block you a few months ago my number was blocked I got broken down in the middle of nowhere at night I phoned cell c just to open the line for 5min so I can get help they refused talk about saving life's pathetic pathetic pathetic
