paying for a service that is not being rendered
Worst decision I made was moving my contract from MTN to Cell C. Yesterday my new contract phone suddenly loses all network. Cell C is refusing to fix their network issues unless I pay R50.00 for a sim swop. Which is absolutely ridiculous as this is a new sim card. Why do I need to then keep on paying my contract every month if they are refusing to assist me in restoring my network and to do the sim swop. I have never had issues like this with vodacom or mtn. Even when phoning their head office, no one seems to care. I spoke to 4 different consultants and got the same useless response from everyone. Customers service is obviously not something they care about. Even when I took the phone to the store, no effort was made to actually check what the problem was.. Everyone just wants me to pay more money. Until this matter has been resolved, I refuse that no further payments to be debited from my account as I refuse to pay for a service that is not being rendered to me. You guys need to sort out your own issues and not just make this a money making story.

In line with our network strategy, we initiated a network migration to allow our contract and broadband customers to roam on our partner network for fast and improved network connection at no extra cost.
Please complete the network escalation form that we just emailed to you and send it back using the same email address. We will refer your query to our Network Team for further assistance.
