Paying for 2 Contracts for some stupid reason, but only signed for 1

Afrer upgrading my contract, Cell C decided not to cancel the previous one only to find out that my subcription is now double. Surely this is enough grounds to cancel both of the contracts. Well done Cell C, to score a well below avarage score of 1 star, I think you are lucky there isnt the option of a 0 rating. So much for quality management and customer management.
