Paying fo 2 contract phones but received 1
Have a contract with Cell C for two phones but only received 1 phone and informed the Agents who sold me the phones. She said the manager is attending to the matter however no feedback received. Did a follow up but no one is responding and its been a year i pay R518 for two samsung but only have 1.

25 Sept 2023, 17:49Have not received a call from Cell C since the 21September 2023 as per their reply. Monthly contract fees are still been deducted from my account for 2 phone of which i received 1phone.

13 Oct 2023, 11:36Cell C found letter stating the lost phone from courier, however cell c still deducted money for 2 phones which i still have 1. They communicate and requested i send them bank statement for proof that their debiting from my account. Which i think they should have records to show how many months i have paid started from September 2022 to September 2023 for some i don't have. That is required for a refund which im still waiting for.
