Paying extra without proper communication
Been with Cell C for more than 5 years when contract expired they offered another deal now my deal goes up during this pandemic without any communication received, I ask and was advised it's because my contract bounced twice but I managed to pay those months but this month it's the 4th if not 5th deducting Extra without proper explanation am not happy with the service especially after such a long time being a loyal customer to them.i need this sorted or else cancel my contract because it's a month to month contract.
