Paying double every month

<p>I have an account with Cell c , and when they double debit me my account is never in credit , in November i paid my account double and i called to explain that I dont want to be debited in December . However baring in mind that my debit order always runs on the 25th and in December they run on the 15th . Cellc debited me again today on the 29th of December . My account should be in credit with as we speak but they debited and this is not the first time , when i call the customer care , i am placed on hold for over an hour and their service is disgusting as they dont know what they are doing at all . Once my contract finishes i want to cancel and want nothing to do with this service provider . </p>
