Paying Cell C contract that I cannot use due to NO SERVICE
Fed up with Cell C, regarding issue https://www.hellopeter.com/cell-c/reviews/cell-c-constant-no-service-then-getting-poor-support-from-them- **********
I'm paying a contract that I have no use of. This has been such a horrible week for me, I'm so stressed up due to unforeseen issues, and I REALLY REALLY need my phone as I do need to keep in contact with my family and others who are suppose to help me solve my issues. But I can't because Cell C gives a damn about solving my network issue. Today I had less that 30 min service, and this is a day where I really need my phone.
Most useless support and service I have ever came across

06 Dec 2018, 10:44I'm fed up hearing that, there is just no positives happening from your side. How much longer is this going to take. I've lost so much this past week or two due to Cell C.
You take everything as either a joke or not important. You simply do not understand or do not want to understand what I'm going through at this stage, I NEED MY PHONE AS I NEED TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH MY FAMILY AND PEOPLE HELPING ME SOLVE MY ISSUES. Hope that is clear now
