Paying average R1K for a phone I can't use

I've been having connection issues in my area for a very long time now. Every time I go to the 2 branches near me I'm told to have my phone tested. I've done that with Samsung and there's nothing wrong with the device. I've phoned the call centre, was advised to leave roaming on at all time. This doesn't work. I can't connect to the Internet at all when Im at home. I can't make simple things like cellphone banking. my 10 year old son was on the same network. I couldn't call him from work, his phone wouldn't receive calls or sms till I decided to change network for him. When my boyfriend visits, he also can't use anything that needs data. <br> When i chose the samsung galaxy note 4 early this year. I planned to use all its features not to only make and receive calls. I'm tied to a 24 month contract but I can't use the phone<br> <br> I'm not crazy, cell c please can somebody do soemthing
