Paying a lot for a device that is not working.

Bad Service my phone has been booked for repair 15 Dec. I try making follow ups but I'm not getting help. I did put a complaint in this platform. I am paying for the contact each month the device is giving me problems it's now going to repairs for the 3rd time in one year. I'm very frustrated cell is very unprofessional shame.
