Payed off contract still appears as Active under my credit profile

I had a contract with Cell C, paid it off and its been settled and closed 2018. When conducting credit checks it still appears as an Open (Active) Telecoms account under my credit profile. I've before lockdown tried to sort it out was told to call contracts department where i was further referred to Lawyer's, I didn't even default not even once no was handed to lawyers. It's unfortunate as it's messing with my credit score and i need this sorted ASAP please.
