PAY MORE FOR 10GB WHERAS LESS FOR 20GB

4 months down the line and guess what, i still have an issue with this... HOWEVER in this case i was given 10GB a month for the amount of + R300 whereby my initial request was for the 20GB a month at R199.. i have logged numerous queries as well as stopped my debit order until this is sorted BUT NOTHING and ALL I AM TOLD IS THAT MY CALL IS ESCALATED etc etc.. WHEN WILL THIS EVER BE SORTED... also i have 1 more contract due for upgrade and im sorry to say, WILL BE CANCELLED..
