Pay for Something I did not get

I contacted Cell C on the 15th of September and got a reference number ***.<br> <br> I had a query on my invoice for September 2015.<br> <br> I have been billed for data I have not received.<br> <br> For 3 months Cell C gave me 3gig data for free as part of their promotion starting May 2015.<br> <br> But on the 4th month my data was taken away, I guess it expired, bu then again I got billed for that data that was taken away.<br> <br> On the itemised billing it shows zero amount for data used.<br> <br> The consultant told me that they should not bill me for something I did not receive<br> <br> I was told that it was a technical fault, and that someone will contact me to rectify.<br> <br> I have up until now not receive any feedback on this matter.<br> <br> I have also emailed them, got a new reference number even after I quoted the initial reference number.<br> <br> There has been no feedback from Cell C and it is starting to **** me off.<br> <br> This again confirms the poor attitude from Cell C.<br> <br> <br>
